Troubled teens Jordan White and Amy Blue cross paths with Xavier Red, an adolescent drifter, and take him along as their lives veer into dangerous territory. As the three move through a fractured America of quickie marts and unpredictable strangers, their uneasy bond pulls them into a volatile mix of sex, violence, and chaos.
