An English cartographer arrives in the Welsh village of Ffynnon Garw with unwelcome news: the landmark the residents proudly call their mountain does not officially qualify as one. Insulted by the ruling and unwilling to let their local pride be reduced to a technicality, the village community comes together to challenge the verdict and find a way to make their hill a mountain.
