The First Power

In Los Angeles, a dedicated police detective is drawn into a deadly hunt for a serial killer whose threat does not end with death. When the murderer is brought back by Satan and given supernatural powers of resurrection, teleportation, and possession, the detective must work with a female psychic to stop a demonic force that can strike from beyond ordinary human limits.
