Manel is a neurotic physicist working on his PhD thesis when he accidentally falls in love with Elena, a young model and aspiring actress. As their relationship develops, he struggles to balance the emotions of a real love story with his need to explain it through the laws of thermodynamics, becoming increasingly obsessed with the idea that scientific principles govern what happens between them.
