The Omega Man

After an apocalyptic war fought with biological weapons, Dr. Robert Neville survives because of an experimental vaccine he developed. Immune to the catastrophe that wiped out humanity, he appears to be the last normal human left. But a few hundred deformed, nocturnal survivors remain, driven by violent psychosis and blaming science for what they have become, and they want Neville dead.
