New to Los Angeles, Alex and Emily are settling into life in the city with their young son, RJ. When a chance encounter at a park brings them together with the mysterious Kurt, Charlotte, and their son, Max, the two families arrange a playdate. What begins as a simple meeting between parents and children grows more unusual and increasingly interesting as the night continues.
