A powerful Hollywood studio executive begins receiving death threats from a writer whose script he once rejected. Surrounded by the deals, egos, and rivalries of the movie business, he has to face a disturbing question: among the many hopeful writers he has turned away, which one is behind the threats, and how far will that person go?
