Dr. Peter Venkman, Dr. Egon Spengler, Dr. Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddemore continue their work as paranormal investigators running a ghost removal service. With secretary Janine Melnitz helping keep the operation moving and mascot ghost Slimer along for the ride, the team faces more strange supernatural cases and ghostly trouble in their ongoing adventures.
