Cheyenne, a bored retired rock star living off his royalties in Dublin, has drifted into a quiet life in Ireland. After his father dies, he returns to New York City and confronts the memory of a humiliation his father suffered during World War II. Pulled toward the unresolved past, Cheyenne sets out to find the ex-Nazi war criminal responsible, now living as a refugee in the United States.
