Tortured thespian Steven Toast leaves his old surroundings behind and relocates to Hollywood, the ultimate playground for actors. Convinced that recognition and adulation are finally within reach, he sets out to claim the acclaim he mistakenly believes he deserves, certain that Tinseltown will provide the audience and status that have so far eluded him.
