Tom Sawyer and his friend Huckleberry Finn spend their days chasing adventure along the Mississippi River. Their games and schemes lead them to pretend they are pirates, disappear long enough to attend their own funeral, and stumble into something far more serious when they witness a murder. What begins as boyhood mischief soon brings danger into their lives.
