Tropic Thunder

A group of self-absorbed actors head into production on what is meant to be the most expensive war film ever made. When runaway costs push the studio to cancel the project, their frustrated director refuses to stop shooting and takes the cast deep into the jungles of Southeast Asia. There, a string of freak events forces the actors to face real danger and become far more like the soldiers they were only pretending to play.
