After a car theft case brings detective Seo Do-cheol into contact with Jo Tae-oh, the cruel heir to a powerful corporation, he begins to see how far the spoiled executive believes his influence can reach. When a truck driver connected to Seo is brutally abused and later falls into a coma, the man’s son turns to the veteran policeman for help, pushing Seo to pursue justice against a suspect who thinks he is above the law.
