Virus

After escaping a typhoon at sea, a strong-willed navigator and the crew of an American tugboat come across an abandoned Russian research vessel. On board, they find a high-tech alien life form that has taken control of the ship. Seeing the humans as a dangerous virus, it turns its power against them as its threat of destruction grows on a massive scale.
