Welcome to the Dollhouse

A seventh grader struggles to get through daily life in the suburbs, where she feels overlooked at home and targeted at school. As the middle child of inattentive parents, she receives little comfort from her family, while classmates bully her and make fitting in even harder. Caught between neglect and cruelty, she tries to cope with a world that offers her few places to feel accepted.
